Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Active Essentials ships to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer shipping to U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations.

Shipping charges

• Contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C.: $5 USD per order.

• Alaska and Hawaii: $10 USD per order.

Your shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Review your order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

• Contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C.: estimated delivery in 3–7 business days from the date you place your order.

• Alaska and Hawaii: estimated delivery in 7–10 business days from the date you place your order.

These estimates include order processing and shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events may affect delivery.

Order delays and delivery issues

If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
